Each operating unit will have its own HIRARC which consists of Safety Objectives and its action plan. The SMP is also carried out on an annual basis and will be reviewed through management unit and management review meetings. Safety Rate, Loss Time Injury, Emergency Response Procedures (ERP) and Prevention of Disease Outbreak are among the elements considered in the SMP.
